Mr. Oakley presents a combination of engineering knowledge and experience along with investigative certificates. He has over ten years of experience in engineering and reconstruction management.

Past projects include the Moorestown Mall, AVALA Industries, Turning Point, Aqua Guard, and Beacon Construction.

Heddy Richards

Mr. Richards brings over 35 years experience in General Contracting and Construction Management. Currently, Mr. Richards has performed public sector services, commercial rehab projects, and has experience in managing financial, development, and construction of commercial projects, which include retail shopping centers, commercial offices, and multifamily residential facilities.

Past projects for Mr. Richards include the West Virginia Structural Foundation, Jefferson, Hickory, & Brookside Apartments, Pittsburgh Plaza Hotel, Pittsburgh Hilton Hotel, and the Lutheran Church in Philadelphia, PA.

Timothy Mason

Mr. Mason is an experienced Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Architect. He has spent the last 18 years practicing construction management, architecture, master planning, and interior architecture for educational, commercial, hotel/casino, and retail clients.
